Nicole Kirpalani is Assistant Professor of Marketing & Management at LIM College, New York, NY. Her research interests focus on the consumer side of marketing, including the co-creation of value, consumer relationships with brands (including fashion brands), and consumer privacy. In addition, she is engaged in research related to marketing pedagogy. Dr. Kirpalani teaches both undergraduate and graduate marketing courses at LIM College. She is the recipient of the 2012 Distinguished Teaching Award at LIM College. She holds a Ph.D. in Business (Marketing) from the City University of New York.
On Friday, October 19th and Saturday, October 20th professionals from the fashion industry, libraries, archives, academic institutions, publishers, and museums will gather at LIM College for Fashion: Now & Then, a conference on the past, present, and future uses of fashion information that will consist of lectures and panel discussions.
